Clean room with comfy bed. The shuttle service was frustratingly slow, and the restaurant closed early, limiting food options.

the reception desk staff, especially the lady on monday, was extremely friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was great and we enjoyed the pool. the hotel was surprisingly quiet for an airport hotel, and the pricing of the room was awesome. the location was very convenient, and overall the hotel was clean.

The location of Ramada Houston Intercontinental Airport East was perfect for visiting Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center. The shuttle service was reliable, and the bar/lounge was a great place to unwind with a drink after a day of exploring.

the ramada was really clean and so close to the airport for the price. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the shuttle service was a lifesaver.

The hotel was conveniently located near the car rental at the airport, making it convenient for us to exchange vehicles. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the on-site washer and dryer made it easy for us to do laundry. We also enjoyed a satisfying dinner at the hotel's Dolphin Bar. The outdoor pool and gym were easily accessible on the ground level, adding to our overall positive experience.

Convenient airport shuttle from Terminals A, B, and C and a short walk from Terminal E. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with coffee maker, great breakfast, and comfortable pool.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.
